- read articles from english press (WSJ, FT, Economist) 20 min - watch videos (economic& politcal) 5 minutes and try to retell it 5 minutes - speak english (record audio) and translate videos sumultaneously -20 minutes - grammar (choose grammar book) one grammar rule a day / phrasal verbs& idioms- 10 minutes
