Gain 6.614 lbs: Training Everyday
Now I weigh between 112 and 113 lbs. I don't want to be big and eat more.
This goal is not only about how to gain weight. Also, it's about how to keep regular hours and athletic training. I want to know my body, metabolism better and to add muscle size to my frame.
