Какие привычки мы можем сформировать:
- делать зарядку каждое утро;
- делать "вакуум" каждое утро;
- суперпитательный завтрак в течение часа после пробуждения;
- короткие интенсивные тренировки дома 3 раза в неделю;
- выпивать свой объем воды;
- вкусно и полезно готовить для себя;
- эффективно планировать свой день;
- навести и поддерживать порядок дома.

Post your reports in the goal diary every day, the coach reviews them and gives his recommendations and advice. If you miss a report, then you get dropped out.
