Doing Yoga
I'm keen on sport.
In my opinion yoga is a great workout. You can adapt the practices to your own speed and level of comfort. It can develop your physical and mental strength. I can distiguish that a steady yoga practice gets you in touch with your body, it will improve your posture. Yoga uses the body and breath as tools to create equanimity and clarity in the mind. I'd definitely say that i feel less stress and can better focus. Yoga helps reduce anxiety and increases body awareness and confidence.
The quality of the breath is a direct reflection of what is going on in the body. I need a constant work in progress to get more energy for the body. And it is highly beneficial.
