To buy an apartment
I live and work in New York city and want to buy an apartment in Miami by March 2017. I am looking for a good realtor who I can trust to quid me through this process. I am looking for a place that I can rent out on a good terms to cover all my expenses on it including mortgage. This is an easy and pleasant process for everybody.

I own a beautiful apartment in a safe area for a great price

I need to clarify all financial and legal questions and save money
Goal ecological compatibility
I want to have home here and it is important to me to have a place where I can rest and be happy with my family

Do a research on reputable agencies in Miami and write to them regarding my search. After I will find who I can trust start following their instructions
