My junk food:
- sweets except extra dark chocolate
- flavoured yogurt
- bread
- pastry
- fat cheese
Plank:
variation of different plank poses + increased time
Goal Accomplishment Criteria
There is no junk food in my apartment and I can hold plank for 4 minutes
