-Run The game in a window
-Run The game as administrator
-Try Compatibility mode.

1. Open the folder C: \ Users \ Username \ Documents \ My Games \ Tom Clancy's The Division
2.Locate GFXSettings.Rogue_x64.xml file and open it with a text editor
3.Find section Resolution
4. Set the height and width corresponding to your monitor.
5.Sohranite and try to run the game.

-Press Alt + Enter and wait. The game should continue to load on some time later.
