Finish 100 workouts

I am going to finish a program of 100 workouts, doing 6 workouts a week.

Workouts include:

1. Each day includes at least some cardio in pulse zone 120 - 130. (from 20 minutes up. Usually 40-50 minutes).

2. 3 days a week 5/3/1 weightlifting program.

3. 3 days a week kettlebell + calisthetics program.

 Goal Accomplishment Criteria
