90 Day Morning Work-Out Challenge

I live near to forest. Really nice place to have morning workouts. Besides, there is a cottage area with really nice open air sports ground with a variety of gym machines.

My workout plan:

  1. Wake-up at 6:30-7:00.
  2. Run for 10 minutes to reach the sport ground.
  3. Workout for 40 to 60 minutes.
  4. Run back home, take shower, have breakfast, work.

The minimum number of workout sessions per week = 3-4 (actually thinking about 2/2 schedule or 2/1 (workout/rest) )

Gaining permanent work-out habit up until 1st of August.
