90 Day Morning Work-Out Challenge
I live near to forest. Really nice place to have morning workouts. Besides, there is a cottage area with really nice open air sports ground with a variety of gym machines.
My workout plan:
- Wake-up at 6:30-7:00.
- Run for 10 minutes to reach the sport ground.
- Workout for 40 to 60 minutes.
- Run back home, take shower, have breakfast, work.
The minimum number of workout sessions per week = 3-4 (actually thinking about 2/2 schedule or 2/1 (workout/rest) )

Gaining permanent work-out habit up until 1st of August.
