Run 2 times a week for 12 weeks
Originally, I was going to run 4 times a week for 20 minutes for 6 weeks in a raw., but I got sick and couldn't run for 2 weeks. So, now I decided to change my goal and run 2 times a week for 12 weeks.
Most of the times I will run on a traadmill in the morning before work. Lets start!!!
