reach weight of 55 kg

Right now, i am feeling like i am losing my beauty, youth and self-respect. i have gained weight, and most of my clothes don't look good in me. i want to get a good and toned body and weigh 55 kg. i believe when i will weigh 55, i will look great, healthy, toned.

i will be more confident and happier. i believe that a smaller waistline and butt will make me feel much better and happier. it linearly correlates with my self-esteem and mood.

what i am going to do starting now. i will count my calories, not more than 1200 a day, i will go to the gym and get a toned and stronger body. it will also increase my endorphine level, my mood and will relieve me from stress.

i am on my way to my perfect body, better self-esteem and confidence.

i believe i can do it. i get get control over my life again and i believe in myself.

    to feel full and healthy, but still lose weight, i am counting my calories.

    1200 cals a day of healthy food should do the job. i count and write down everything i eat and drink.

    i am starting with four weeks of 1200 cals a day to see results and keep going later on.

    my goal is to keep my body toned and active. get a great butt by working on my glutes and keep my metabolism up!

    that is to help my skin and metabolic rate.

    i already drink enough water but now i have to make sure i drink 3 litres every day!
