Create the largest Ad company in Kenya in 2 years
I have always loved advertising but have been too scared to start. However I recently started Skika, Swahili for get heard, with the aim of growing it into the largest ad company in the country. There are plenty of gaps in the market in my country and there's always someone willing to invest, seriously. I want to also create the company with the best culture in the country, fun people doing awesome things in an out of this world environment. Here work is a kind of burden, I do not like that. I think it's an employers responsibility to create an environment that not only brings money but happiness and joy in the work as well. I want everybody to want to come to work and never leave.
To hard work, smart goals and lots of caffeine!

Time - Working on Skika full time
Knowledge - I will enroll and get certified in my trade by companies such as Hubspot and Agorapulse.
Goal ecological compatibility
I have always wanted to do something awesome and advertising was that thing. I like the care-free-ness of it all and the kind of people that work in it are awesome too. Couple that with my desire to build things and you get a founder. It's majorly about the work and the people.

I'm going to have to change most of my goals here on Smart progress. i have pivoted and taking a new approach, the old one simply did not work. The goals stay the same but the processes will be a bit streamlined and flexible.
I'll have to do it first thing in the morning though, I have this bet with a friend, he takes my money if I do not hit a couple of goals, one of them being waking up early.
Anyway fail 7 get up 8, the grind continues.
Oh, and I launched a new product today, it's called 125. Details tomorrow.
Nothing really is static. The goal should stay the same but you're never really sure about the journey. I have had to tweak some of the steps to my goals and I feel like I will be doing that a lot.
Other than that, I feel so lazy, I haven't been kicking ass like I thought I would be at this point. It feels terrible. I also haven't been following THIS plan so my days have been somewhat as the crow flies. But I am changing that now.
I also got this poromodo tool the other day, it's quite neat. I have about 23 poromodos done now. I want to hit 15 today alone and clear task list and improve by 1% every day after that.

Whoa, way off track! Did not have a computer to work on but I got little cash and bought a workstation. Then I forgot the name of this site :).
The picture shows my first office/workspace, super excited to get back in the game.
I have also got a new client, a fish company and I'll be pitching a game company later today.
Just seeing the goal back there on my profile breathed new life into me in a way I hadn't expected. Super pumped!!
