Сформировать привычку качать пресс каждый день

Я 2-3 раза в неделю хожу в зал, но замечаю что мне нужно намного больше уделить внимания прессу.
Потому хочу заниматься каждый день мин по 10-15 на протяжении 21 дня чтобы сформировать привычку.
