Get enough sleep by getting to bed earlier
I feel so tired in the mornings. So, I am setting a goal to get more sleep by going to bed earlier. I want to go to bed by 22:00 every day, except when I work for my PhD thesis or when I meet friends. I will mark the next day if I accomplished it the night before.
Goal Accomplishment Criteria
I went to bed by 22:00 on 10 days in a row (exceptions: PhD work, meeting friends)
