#2 "Writing My Dissertation in Fifteen Minutes a Day"

I want to resume the work on my PhD thesis and create a new working habit in order to finish that damn thing!

There is a book called "Writing your Dissertation in Fifteen Minutes a Day". It proclaims that it is key to keep going on a daily basis, even if there are lots of distractions and you don't really have lots of time. I recently archived the goal to work on my dissertation for fifteen daily minutes for five days in a row. Now, I am going to try six days in a row. As before, I will write into the journal, what kind of work I did and how I felt about it.

 Goal Accomplishment Criteria

I have worked for my Ph.D. for fifteen minutes each day on six consecutive days

 Personal resources

I've got the skills, I've go the will ... and I've got fifteen minutes a day.

 Goal ecological compatibility

I need to finish that thesis for my self image and self esteem. I want my daugther to be proud of me.
