100 workouts in 2018

After all the surgeries and recovery from 2016 bike trauma, I'm ready to start training again. The goal for 2018 is to do at least 100 workouts. I already started with gym workouts while I was in Mauritius on vacations and just today had a 32km bike ride. So today's count is already 8. To accomplish the goal I need to have ~10 workouts a month or 2.5 a week. That's pretty aggressive for me if you count vacations, business trips and potential sickness.

As a workout I consider a session in gym, a bike ride at least 20km, or a run at least 5km.
