i don't eat pizza or beer at home. i can eat 1-2 pieces at birthday at work.
- tasty is when you have something to compare
- food is not the main source of pleasure
- food is not a reward
- knowledge is better than willpower

-i feel sick next day;

-i spend a lot of time (after beer i want sleep);
