Great posture
My first big goal is a great posture. I've choosed to change it at first. For the beginning i had been doing "wall" exercise. It was hard to do cuz my back only started to chanching in "right way". After 4 days "pain" in the back stopped, and after that moment can seat in right posture a long time. After some time sitting "right" will become my habit. It gives me some motivation to continiue achieving new goals :)
