Enkrateia - The power of self-control and self-mastery
What I'm aiming to do with this goal-habit is to simply take back control of my time. During this challenge, I'll do my best to minimize my unproductive time and make the most out of my remaining time. By "gamifying" the entire experience with points corresponding to various aspects of self-improvement, I believe it'll motivate me to achieve more than I've ever had before.
How does this work?
1. From the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep, I'll do my best to be consciously aware of my actions and keep track of the progress made every hour through a Google Spreadsheet.
2. If I can go through a day without forgetting to update my scoring and reflecting on the day's progress, I'll mark the day as complete.
This plan may change depending on how the first few days go.
