Дэдлайн переезда - конце Августа. Первый рабочий день - 1 сентября.
Я наконец получил свою визу. Думаю съездить в Польшу через месяц, потусить там пару недель, потом уже решить, стоит ли туда переезжать.

The embassy approved my request. I registered to Visa center again

The docs are ready, I was in Visa center, but somehow they asked me to write email to Polan embassy with request.
It is very unusual, I haven't heard about such processes. It happened because I have a special type of passport. But I know friends with the same type that have not been asked to do something like that.
I wrote to embassy and currently waiting for results
