Nitric Acid Production Cost Analysis
Nitric acid is better known as aqua fortis and spirit of niter. It is a highly corrosive mineral acid. In appearance, the pure compound is colourless, but older samples tend to acquire a yellow cast due to the decomposition of oxides of nitrogen and water.
