Drop 5 kilos

I'm a fitness instructor. Why should I have a 62-63 kilos weight by the 158 cm height? I disagree with this!


The problem is in my lifestyle: I go to sleep late, wake up late in the morning, eat bad food for a long time, do not drink water, am stressed out with my daily regime with my child, and have no time management with my work.

I need to fix all of these aspects to feel better and have mine own comfort zone in my body.

I feel bad every day again and again. I can't go ahead with this anymore. I'm unhappy.

    Look good for every day, eat healthy food most often, and drink lots of water (I will download the App to track and remind me). Make more physical activity. Start loving the body you are in for now.

    My weight is 62 kilos maximum.
