[Physical activity] Do extra 40 hours of workouts in 2025

My analysis shows that in 2025, I did fewer workouts for about 40 hours than the previous year. So I need to be sure that this year I'll not have degradation in this area.

To avoid negative consequences, I accept that most training will be quite simple, like bodyflex and warm-up workouts.
