[Languages] Reach a confident level in Latin

This is a low-priority, long-term goal. I don't have a practical reason for learning Latin. I simply find the language interesting and would like to develop a basic level of proficiency over time.

Why this goal matters

This goal is driven by curiosity rather than necessity. One day, I'd like to read famous Latin quotations and classical texts in their original form instead of relying on translations.

How I will know I've achieved it

  • I can read simple Latin texts and understand their main ideas.
  • I can recognize and understand well-known Latin quotations without needing a translation.
  • I have enough vocabulary and grammar knowledge to continue reading more advanced texts if I choose to.
