Lose 20 kg in 4 months
I have three kids, a son and two wonderful daughters. I love them so much and I know they need me to be with them during the day, play with them, cook for them and so on. Thanks to my husband, now I don’t need to work so I can pay all my attention to my kids when they ask for this. But there is always a but. You can imagine what my body is like after three pregnancies and some years of staying home. There was a moment when I was so tired that I abandoned jogging and my regular exercises. I felt sorry for this many times. Now my children are elder and I can find an hour or more a day just for me.
My aim is to lose 20 kg. For that, I am going to go jogging again (this helps to lose weight + it’s a good cardio training + it tones up the body). So, jogging everyday. I also found nice videos with Jillian Michaels, the trainer, for home trainings (weight training + cardio training). She provides a complex system, I’ll start with 30 Day Shred Level 1. And a diet, of course. Wish me good luck!

Weight 65 kg (now 85) by September, 1.
