General

Cure psoriasis

I have disease. It is too uncomfortable. I don't wear black clothes, I feel tightness when I'm in public place. I must wash my hair too often, because it isn't dirty. I must wash my hair because I will have dandruff.

 Goal Accomplishment Criteria

Don't have dandruff.

  1. Food

    Food should always be a percentage of 70% (alkaline forming) to 30 % (of acid), the violation percentage can cause a rash or refund of the disease. Drink about one and a half liters pure water per day, not counting juices and other drinks. Drinks to drink without sugar.

    30% The cashew nut, the old, walnuts,hazelnuts, peanuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sesame, sunflower, flax, drycoconut

    Fruits, berries:
    All fruits and juices from them, except five acid-forming

    Fiveacid-forming fruits:

    • plum
    • blueberries
    Don't eat:
    1. Tomatoes
    2. Eggplants
    3. Potatoes
    4. Green and red pepper
    5. All roasted and salted nuts
    6. Strawberry
    7. All yeast bread products
    8. White polished rice
    9. Yellowcheese, processedcheese
    10. Fat milk, cream,ice cream, dairyproducts,fatty foods, whipped cream,hydrogenatedmargarine, dairy products, sugar,syrup with juices or fruits
    11. Fattymeat, all sausages, fried, half-baked.
    12. Fried, greasy (duck, gooseandso on), the skinof the bird, darkmeat, smoked bird, notfully prepared, in batter, breadcrumbs, with a largenumber of CMV spices, spicy, with pepper.
    13. Seafood and fish:
      smoked, vinegar, friedall shellfish (squid, mussels, oysters, scallops, shrimp, lobster,etc).
      Anchovies, caviar,fishin batterorbreadcrumbs, marinated fish.
    14. All sugarproducts areacidic (jam, confectionery)
