Одна из рекомендованных книг по предмету "Digitaltechnik". Один из основных и самых сложных предметов, бэкграунда по нему у меня ноль, а экзамен уже в марте. 300 страниц на немецком языке :) Причем нужно не просто прочитать, но еще и понять написанное.
