General

Wake up early in the morning and stay productive during the day

I am tired of not being able to wake up at the time I want to. I literally can't open my eyes in the mornings until it's 9am (I go to bed at 11:30-12:00pm). And even after that I feel broken during the day and not being able to work efficiently. I am very often distracted by my own thoughts and other things like reading some cool article, which surely is very important for me (at least it seems so at the moment), checking out a new app or website (that will increase personal effectiveness of course), etc. etc. Eventually, I can't cope with all my work during the day, so I work till the very evening (I am more focused in the evening) and don't have time for sports and other things I enjoy. I hate myself for that. I really want to change.

 Goal Accomplishment Criteria

Every day I wake up at 7:30 am or earlier. During the day I feel good, stay focused and productive, take short revitalising breaks at work, and feel happy!!!
