Было не просто, но я смог. В следующий раз буду писать сразу, сейчас уже нет тех эмоций. Lessons learned из проекта ниже. Лень пеерводить =)

Make less tough schedule During define phase deeper look into a project scope in order to limit the project and not make it too wide and massive Believe in the project and result. Just spend the time on it no mater calculating something or discussing the progress with the teem. Success will come. Make clear to do list especially after coaching sessions Increase knowledge and experience of the team besides the project to get the ready for bigger tasks otherwise do it alone Do not rush with the improvements implementation Stick to project plan
