Use of SmartProgress services means unconditional user's agreement with the present Policy and its conditions for personal data processing. In case of disagreement with these conditions, user should abstain from using Services.

1. Users' personal data received and processed by SmartProgress
   1. The present Policy means next as "users' personal data":
      • Personal data that a user provides by himself at regisration (creation of user account) or while using Services including user's personal data. Information obligatory for providing to Services (granting services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by user at his discretion.
      • Data automatically passed to SmartProgress Services while using it by means of software installed on user's device, including IP-address, information from cookies, information about user's browser (or other program used for access to Services), access time, access of page requested.
   2. The present Policy is applicable only to SmartProgress Services. SmartProgress does not control or be responsible for third parties' sites that user may visit following the links available on SmartProgress site.
   3. SmartProgress in general case does not check autenticity of personal data provided by users and does not control their legal capacity. But SmartProgress comes from the fact that a user provides authentic and sufficient information on questions in registration form, and keeps this information actual. Consequences of providing unauthentic information are defined in User Agreement of the Services SmartProgress.
2. Aim of users' personal data collection and processing
   1. SmartProgress collects and keeps only personal data necessary for providing Services and granting services (fulfilment agreements and contracts with user).
   2. Users' personal information may be used by SmartProgress for next goals:
      • Party identification within agreements and contracts with SmartProgress;
      • Providing a user with personalized Services;
      • Communication with user including sending notifications, requests and information related to Services use, providing services, as well as requests and users tickets processing;
      • Improving Services quality, convenience of their use, development of new Services and tools;
      • Targeting of advertising materials;
      • Helding statistical and other researches basing on impersonal data.
3. Conditions for user's personal data processing and its passing to third parties
   1. SmartProgress keeps users' personal data according to internal regulations of definite services.
   2. Users personal data is kept confidential except cases of voluntary providing user's data by himself for access to general public.
   3. SmartProgress has the right to pass user's personal data to third parties in next cases:
      • User agreed such actions;
      • Passing is necessary within user's use of definite Service or for granting services to user;
      • Passing is foreseen to Russian or ther applicable law within procedure established by law;
      • Such passing is fulfilled within sale or other transferring of business (entirely or partially), in this case the buyer gets all commitments on keeping terms of the Policy regarding to receiving persona data by him ;
      • For purposes of providing possibility of rights protection and legitimate interests of SmartProgress or third parties in cases when user violates User agreement of the services SmartProgress.
   4. While processing users' personal data, SmartProgress follows RF Federal law «About personal data».
4. Changing personal data by user
   1. User may change (update, add) at any time personal data or its part provided by him, as well as its privacy terms.
   2. User may also delete personal data provided by him within definite account by using the function «Delete account». In this case deleting account may cause impossibility to use some SmartProgress Services.
5. Measures taken for users' personal data protection
   1. SmartProgress takes all the necessary and sufficient managerial and techical measures to protect user's personal data from illegal or accidental access, deletion, change, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions made by third parties.
6. Privacy Policy change. Applicable law
   1. SmartProgress has the right to make changes into present Privacy Policy. While making changes, data of last update is indicated in actual version. Policy's new version comes into effect since the moment of its distribution if other is not provided by Policy's new version. Effective version is always placed on page by link https://smartprogress.do/site/confidential/.
   2. Law of the Russian Federation is applicable to the present Policy and relations between user and SmartProgress, appearing relatively to Privacy Policy use.
