Прохождение тренировочной программы T25 Focus Gamma: Pure Gamma

На очереди 3 этап Focus T25 - Gamma. Предполагается два варианта прохождения: уровень "лох" и уровень "бог". Начну с первого, а потом пройду второй для закрепления.

Gamma Pure подразумевает 5 занятий в неделю, всего 4 разновидности тренировок друг за другом. Продолжительность - 4 недели. Хочу немного изменить график, чтобы дни отдыха приходились не на выходные - так мне удобнее. Еще попробую тренироваться утром, вдруг получится)
