4000 слов(англ), 1 день = 1 юнит
Это цель для закрепления рутины, изучать слова по известной серии книг. В неделю буду работать 5 дней+2 дня на квизлете повторение.
Нужно просто пройти эти книги, и всё.

Я прошёл все 6 книг за 250 дней.
В начале цели я прошёл тест на сайте http://testyourvocab.com/, мой результат был 3970 слов.
Сегодня я прошёл его снова, результат был 9570 слов. (http://testyourvocab.com/result?user=6445828)
Помимо этого, я выписывал незнакомые слова в quizlet на словарные карточки и постоянно повторял их (и буду продолжать). Вышло 808 слов.
Некоторые слова я не знал, но я их не выписывал, т.к. не считал их ценными. Я не знаю точно сколько слов я не выписал, но по моим ощущениям, около 350 слов я пропустил.
В книгах в сумме 3600 слов (а не 4000), так что можно предположить, что 2450 слов я знал до этого. Тем не менее, я читал и слушал их определения и примеры использования, что мне никак не помешало.
Затраченное время:
- 180юнитов*20мин = 3,600 минут
- 26 сетов на квизлете*80мин = 2,080 минут
- повторение папки на квизлете = 400 минут

- итого: 6080 минут, или 101 час.
Среди этих минут не было одной, которой я бы насладился. Это повторяющаяся, скучная, ментально изматывающая работа. Я ненавидел эти юниты всю дорогу. Однако, я бесконечно благодарен этим книгам: результат есть, и он хороший. Из всего, что я испробовал, эти книги оказались самым лучшим способом увеличить мой словарный запас.
Я не могу сказать, что я начинающий в текстовом английском, я читаю книги, интернет в основном на англ, пишу посты и комментарии под моим аккаунтом на реддите более-менее постоянно. Однако, я нахожу эти книги полезными и на моём уровне.

It's a shame but again I got in only 3 units in the whole week. Well, we'll use a power of this shame to propel through the book in the next week!

There is a nice melody in the last audio file of every book, about 20sec long. It's always cool to hear it, I feel something like a relief, or an accomplishment... I'll save one of these files and will play them when upset or something.
About maintaining already learnt words: I put new unknown words together into sets of 30-35. I use "learn" function, where I basically have to type every word of set until I'll type everything correctly. In the span of one month I go on every set about 5-8 times until most of the words are bore in my mind. After that the new set is thrown into map with all previous sets. At the moment this map contains 20 sets or 612 words in total. Above all I try to review this map everyday through "long-term" function. It gives you some amount of words (around 50) daily, and you just click whether you know that word or not. If you don't know the word, the system will throw it back tomorrow; if you know the word, you won't see it again in a long time. It also has a nice statistic of how many words you have reviewed and how well you know all the words overall (I put a screenshot here).
For the cards themselves I use an old principle one word in eng = one word in rus. Around the 11th set I started to lean into "full description" style with a lot of similar words in Russian to one word in English. While it gives you greater observation of the word, it's jut harder to memorize. Also, on the eng side sometimes I write examples of using the given word (pro-tip: on Quizlet write all the additional information into parentheses, so while using "learning' function you can type just a word, system will ignore all the information in the parentheses).
