Pass the course "Introduction to Big Data" on Coursera

The course aims to provide an introduction to the modern CS direction called Big Data. BD nowadays spreads widely and prefessionals in this area are desired strongly. I have just a very general idea of BD (a few years ago I played with Business Intelligence solutions provided by Microsoft) so I would like to obtain a bit more fundamental impressions of the topic
