Полтора года назад родила долгожданного ребенка и за время беременности набрала +21кг!!! Да-да, +21!!! Через 4 месяца я начала заниматься по программам Джиллиан Майклс и удалось уменьшить свой вес с 68 до 60 кг. Но до родных 52 кг еще остается не мало, потом возобновить занятия никак не получалось.
