Run a half marathon

Run always was the thing I almost hated) I'm going to brake this and I'll try to be more successful in running. Also it is very good for health, especially for heart, which is really important for me.

My aim is to run more and more and a half-marathon is just a concrete milestone which makes the goal SMART. Also I'm gonna setup the end of the year as a time limit - I haven't scheduled any concrete competition, I just think that 9 months would be enough to succeed.

Also, which is important, I'm not going to get high scores - instead I will try to prepare in 'light' mode. Just because this approach eliminates possible health damages and injuries - after all I don't want to became a sportsman and the only aim I have is to make my cardio stronger.

Currently I can jog about 3km without breaking pulse aerobic zone (I'll try to keep my pulse no more than 145).

To build a training plan I use My Asics
