INSANITY & P90X пройти обе программы параллельно

Приступая к программе Insanity я уже открыла второй месяц занятий по программе P90X (Lean).

В планах: утром - Insanity, вечером - P90X (Lean).

INSANITY

Тренировки относятся к категории высокоинтенсивных, так как содержат невообразимое количество прыжков при минимуме отдыха. Эта тренировка – идеальный выбор для тех, кто хочет бросить вызов своему телу и возможностям.

P90X

Динамичное сочетание силовых и кардиотренировок заставляет мышцы работать «до отказа». Именно этот подход – «на износ» – гарантирует результат: красивый рельеф, здоровую осанку и высокий жизненный тонус. Все, что вам понадобится – гантели, турник и воля к победе.
