Workout every day-Stop smoking-Daily meditation-Study-Get rid of garbage info
The goal of registration here is to trace the habbits.
Maybe, it will be impossible to check the site every day. I was registered here and my goals were failed by the system (coffee and alcohol) because I didn't check the site. But I had reached this goals. This is my second registration.
1. Daily workout. I can make 20 pullups and run 5 km, but I exercise 3 times per week. The goal is to make it every day
2. Smoking. Never feel the negative effect of smoking cigarets. But it is an evil, no doubt.
3. Meditation, the goal is to meditate daily at least 5 minutes.
4. Daily study at least 2 hours.
5. Get rid of garbage sites. Never visit news, sports or sites about self growing. Check viber sms once a day (evening). Turn of all notifications. Once I want to visit garbage site I have to use this time to study online.
Goal Accomplishment Criteria
1.Every day workout till New Year
2.Stop smoking till the end of life
3.Daily meditation at least 5 min till New Year
4.Daily study at least 2 hours till New Year
5.Never visit garbage sites till New Year
