Yesterday I did 19 reps, but today only 15. I want to do at least 19 every day.

18 reps. Still got not enough power to do 20 at least...

19 reps again. My 19th pull-up was almost not close, though.

Even if I missed about a week not writting here. I made only 12 reps yesterday, but 19 today!! The reason why I'm missing writing posts is that I'm busy with my full-time job now. I was training every day exept Sunday.

10 reps and no dips and leg lifts - to late for workout (I was procrastinating).

Oh, I did 17 reps. Maybe I was too tired because of squats. But I can do 19 sooner or later.

18 reps again and 19th rep was not even close. But I did 50 squats though! :)

18 pull-ups! Yeah!! I want to make 19 tomorrow. I feel like I can do it.
