Февраль сильно нагружен другими задачами + отпуск. План лайтовый.
Несколько раз приходилось разговаривать с рекрутерами на аглийском. Вроде неплохо справляюсь, учитывая внезапность таких разговоров.

I don't really understand the difference between polite, assertive and dedicate questions on the screenshot.
Also, i open that "если бы я работала у вас..." looks like " If I worked for you..."
То есть после If нельзя ставить would or will

Tricky questions
- What did you dislike about your last job? - I had a big passion for the product on my last job and the team was great. Our communication was very pleasant and effective. But usually, we had very shorts deadlines without building any product development processes and using frameworks. So, we were just building features based on opinion of few chiefs. I believe that all hypotheses need to be checked.
- What are your weaknesses? - I really need to work on my presentation and negotiation skills. But I had some experience in my last job and also I was in the role of product owner on my User Experience course, so I've presented our product at the protection of the diploma.
- What skills do you have for this position? - I have experience in product design including all stages from defining a problem and UX research to UI design and its validating. On my last job, I was building a design system in Figma by myself.
- Why should we hire you? - I have great experience in different fields of design. I'm a growth-minded person highly effective in teamwork with outstanding empathy skills. I interested in self-development and psychology. It makes me highly motivated as a product designer.
- What do you know about the company? - I've searched for information about your company and found some facts on your web site about the history of creation and the list of open projects. Can you tell me more about your projects and product development?
Money matters essay:
Hi! Money is important for everybody because it is the source of wellbeing. But money has a great meaning only if you have a lack of it. If you have more than your fixed costs it will not make you happy.
I want to tell about my way to better money managing. I hadn't enough money for a few years since I decided to live separately from my parents. First three or four years I took loans and borrow money from my friends from time to time. Then I moved to Moscow, but I still lived paycheck to paycheck. Next few years my salary was growing, I closed loans, but I couldn't make an emergency fund. As soon as I saved up some money, I immediately wasted them for some big shopping or vacation. Three years ago I had enough money for fixed everyday costs and have an opportunity to save a part of my salary. But the story of wasting money was repeating.
The situation changed only when I began to manage all my expenses and earnings and set a great goal to save a big sum. It happened after a small class. A year and a half ago I've bought a course about money and changed my attention to it. The course cost only about 35 dollars, but I've increased my income by 70% in a year. What a nice investment!
Also, saved an emergency fund and have a great plan to increase it next year.
