Build the habit of regular physical activity

My goal is not just to force myself to train. My goal is to do it with pleasure. Therefore, I will give preference not to the most effective workouts, but to those types of physical activity that I like.

 Goal Accomplishment Criteria

Training was done 2 times a week. playing basketball/yoga/swimming in the pool or on the sea.

Or if there is no possibility of a 15-minute walk every day

I need this habit in order to make my life more diverse, healthy and happy.

    Do the following activities twice a week:

    Go to leave the basketball alone or with someone. At least 60 mi

    Yoga class, at least 40 minutes

    Swimming, 60 minutes

    Home workouts, 60 minutes

    Daily walk, at least 15 minutes
