Пройти программу тренировок Джиллиан Майклс «Ripped in thirty».

Курс состоит из 4-х недель и 4-х уровней соотвественно.

В неделю 6 тренировок и 1 день отдыха.

Одна тренировка в среднем длится 35 минут, что очень удобно. Вообще это моя любимая программа уже много лет. Она отлично помогает восстанавливать тренировочных режим. Пока основная цель - регулярно тренироваться. К программе также есть рекомендации по питанию, но я их соблюдать пока не планирую, иначе есть риск сорваться.
