General

Wake up early in the morning.

Waking up early in the morning will allow you to accomplish more tasks throughout the day. You can spent time to do your unfinished work at home, spent more time with your family, start to do self education and finally find time for working out. I used to wake up at 7.00 in the morning, but I came to conclusion that it is not enough and it adds no value to my life. For now and on I will wake up at 6.00 in the morning on weekdays and at 8.00 and 9.00 on Saturdays and Sundays, respectively. Going to sleep time will remain same, 22.30 on Weekdays and 00.30 on Weekends.

As usual in order to push in new habit to my daily life I will do it 30 days. And every week I will give short report about progress and status of my new habit.

I can make it!

 Personal resources

1 alarm clock set to 6.00 morning, no more other alarms set to later time. If I miss it -> I will miss work -> I will be fired -> my wife will divorce -> take child away -> depression -> suicide.... So I must wake at that time!!!
