В этот раз использую приложение Nike, уже не для новичков, а для тех кто бегает, пока правда не долго, как я. Тут цель не просто пробежать 5км как с приложениями для начинающих, а сделать так чтобы к концу 8 недель 5км казались просто разминкой. В целом должно получиться 8 недель - 120 миль.
