Get Fit For SFAS
The purpose of this goal is to prepare myself for the physical rigors of military training.

When I can do all of the below my goal will be accomplished and I will be ready for SFAS
2 minute mile run in 12 minutes
100 push ups in 2 minutes
20 dead hang pull ups
100 sit ups in 2 minutes
Maintain a 13-14 minute mile ruck pace while rucking more than 50 lbs and carrying a sledge hammer for 8-10 miles
8 mile run under 60 minutes

2 mile run in 12 minutes

100 sit ups under 2 minutes

Maintain a 13-14 minute mile ruck pace
Carrying a sledgehammer and over 50lbs of weight in the ruck sack
