#1: "Writing My Dissertation in Fifteen Minutes a Day"
A few years ago, I started very enthusiastically to work on my dissertation ... but then my private life got into crisis and I am having kind of a burn out ... and these last twelve months I literally did NOTHING! Deadlines have not been met, e-mails from my supervisor have not been answered and I feel lots of guilt and shame. And yet, I feel that I need to accomplish that damn dissertation, just to prove it to myself.
I want to continue to work for my Ph.D. on a daily basis. I want to built a new working habit. But I need to start small ...
So, my first goal is to work on my Ph.D. for fifteen minutes a day on five consecutive days. What might seem tiny to others is a very huge step for me, because the last time I have even worked for five minutes has been months ago. And there is so much fear... But I need to do this.
